Delete your account and data
Privacy-first by architecture
TruckerPass stores your study data on your own device. We do not sell your personal data, exam records or device identifiers to recruiters, fleet employers or insurance brokers.
1. Fastest route: delete in the app
If you still have the app installed, you can erase everything immediately — no request, no waiting period, no email required:
- Open the TruckerPass app.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to the Data & privacy section.
- Tap Clear all data and confirm.
Local study records, question history and bookmarks are removed from your device straight away.
2. If you have uninstalled the app, or want records removed from our side
Use the form below to compose a deletion request. This form does not send anything from this page — when you press the button it opens your own email app with the details pre-filled, and you send it yourself. That way nothing is transmitted without you seeing it. We then permanently remove the associated records within 7 business days and reply to confirm.

3. What gets deleted, and what we keep
- Deleted: quiz logs, spaced-repetition weights, errata reports, anonymous usage tokens and support emails.
- Retained: financial and transaction records that tax law and the app stores' billing terms require Apple, Google and RevenueCat to keep. Those sit with them, under their retention policies, and we cannot delete them on your behalf.
4. Cancelling a subscription
Deleting your data does not cancel an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple or Google. Cancel it in your store settings so you are not billed again:
